On the afternoon of December 9, the grand celebration ceremony marking the relocation and official move-in of Charoen Pokphand Group’s agricultural, livestock, and food enterprises—China Region Beijing Headquarters, along with Charoen Pokphand Investment Co., Ltd.—to the newly occupied premises at CP Center was held with great enthusiasm. The event took place in Meeting Room M1 on the 40th floor of the South Tower of CP Center, located in the heart of Beijing’s CBD core area. The elegant foyer was adorned with vibrant celebratory banners, while flower baskets celebrating the move lined both sides of the room, creating an atmosphere brimming with joy and festivity throughout the venue.

At 17:40, Xue Zengyi, the vice chairman and host of the ceremony, officially announced the start of the celebration marking the move into CP Center, introducing the leaders and guests attending the event before initiating a 10-second countdown to kick off the festivities.

At 17:45, amid warm and enthusiastic applause, Xie Yi, Senior Executive Vice President of the Group and Senior Vice Chairman of China Operations for the Agri-Food and Retail Businesses, announced: "I am delighted to announce that Charoen Pokphand Group’s Agri-Food Business China Headquarters in Beijing and Charoen Pokphand Investment Co., Ltd. have officially moved into the CP Center and begun operations." In his speech, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude, noting how proud he was to see the modern and state-of-the-art office environment now enjoyed by the Beijing-based Agri-Food Business China Headquarters and CP Investment Co., Ltd. He specifically thanked Charoen Pokphand Group Senior Chairman and Chairman Xie Jiren, as well as Yang Xiaoping, Senior Vice Chairman and China CEO; Xie Bing, Senior Vice Chairman; and Luo Jia Shun, Vice Chairman—each of whom played a pivotal role in securing the prime land through competitive bidding, overseeing the construction project, and managing the property with exceptional expertise and dedication. Xie also extended his appreciation to the dedicated engineering team responsible for transforming the office space into its current stunning design. Reflecting on China’s remarkable journey of reform and opening up over the past four decades, he emphasized that Charoen Pokphand Group has been not only an active participant and steadfast witness but also a key contributor—and, most importantly, a major beneficiary. He warmly congratulated the Beijing headquarters of the Agri-Food Business in China and Charoen Pokphand Investment Co., Ltd. on their successful move into the CP Center, celebrating the Group’s remarkable milestone of securing its own headquarters building in the vibrant heart of the CBD. He noted that despite the ongoing severity of the global COVID-19 pandemic—and under the dual pressure of "preventing imported cases while guarding against domestic resurgences"—managing the CP Center effectively will be critical in the months ahead. He expressed confidence that, under the capable leadership of Luo Jia Shun, Deputy Chairman of the Group, the CP Center’s management team will undoubtedly deliver exceptional results. Furthermore, he firmly believes that with the collective dedication of all Group employees, Charoen Pokphand Group is poised to achieve even greater success in the future.

In his speech, Vice Chairman Luo Jia Shun first warmly congratulated the Beijing headquarters of the Agri-Food Enterprise China region and Charoen Pokphand Investment Co., Ltd. on their successful move into CP Center, and shared the center’s future business plans. He emphasized, "The challenges ahead have already arrived—but we are fully prepared." Ultimately, Luo Jia Shun envisioned transforming CP Center into a world-class office building that sets the standard in quality, environment, and sophistication—ready to shine across China and beyond. He first extended warm congratulations on the relocation of the China headquarters of agricultural, pastoral, and food enterprises to the Beijing office, as well as the move-in of Charoen Pokphand Investment Co., Ltd. into the CP Center. He shared the remarkable journey of bringing the CP Center building from its inception to its current state, expressing admiration and recognition for the exceptional quality of its construction. He emphasized that, both now and in the foreseeable future, the CP Center building will serve as a vital symbol and a key driver of soft power in the heart of the CBD—shifting from its "prestigious status" to setting new benchmarks for construction standards and earning a stellar reputation for management excellence. At the same time, he noted that the property management of the CP Center still has a long way to go, yet he remains confident that the building will unlock even more business opportunities ahead. In his concluding remarks, CEO Yang Xiaoping drew on real-world examples to highlight the six core values established by the Group’s Senior Chairman, Mr. Xie Guomin—particularly the "Three Principles of Benefit": benefiting the nation, benefiting the people, and benefiting the enterprise.
