To comprehensively drive the business development of the war zone, enhance the company’s brand influence, and ensure a safe supply of ingredients for consumers, a company-wide marketing mobilization meeting was held on March 31 in the Shaanxi region. A total of 1,557 employees from various business lines participated in the event via a "hybrid" format—combining both online and offline components.

At the meeting, Dong Yinhé, Vice Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group’s Agricultural, Animal Husbandry, and Food Enterprises (China), representing Shaanxi and Xinjiang regions, delivered a speech. He emphasized that 2022 marked the beginning of CP Group’s second century—and also a year brimming with both opportunities and challenges for the company’s operations in Shaanxi. To seize these chances, he urged all employees to act swiftly, work with full energy, and become staunch supporters and beneficiaries of the group’s products. He highlighted the importance of embracing the "Four Alls" strategy—comprehensive marketing, live-streaming by everyone, multi-channel development, and sales across all product categories—to drive robust business growth across the region. Additionally, he stressed that in this new era of marketing, every employee should leverage the power of their personal social networks and short-video platforms, tapping into the viral potential of new media to effectively spread the CP brand far and wide.

Vice Chairman Dong Yinhe encouraged all employees in the Shaanxi region to unite their efforts, work collaboratively, and collectively build strong brand influence for the Xi'an regional team.
