The External Audit of the CP Jilin Feed Mill's Excellence Management System Successfully Completes

From July 23rd to 24th, after six months of meticulous preparation, CP Jilin Feed Mill welcomed the annual external audit of the CP Group's Excellence System. A team of five senior external audit experts appointed by the Group entered the factory to conduct a comprehensive, in-depth, and meticulous review of the company's Excellence Management System construction and on-site management.

At the beginning of the external audit meeting, an expert from the Group's Excellence Office delivered a speech. In his speech, he profoundly elaborated on the strategic significance of the Excellence Performance Model in the current complex market environment. He pointed out that the core of the Group's promotion of the Excellence System construction lay in helping each factory step out of its comfort zone and work hard on invisible management through systematic diagnosis and benchmarking. He hoped that CP Jilin could truly achieve the leap from "domestic leader" to "international benchmark".

Mr. Liu Yulong, Senior President of the CP Group Jilin-Heilongjiang Region's Agro-Industry and Food Business, delivered a speech. He first warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked the Group's team of external audit experts. He urged all departments to cherish this opportunity, communicate frankly, promote improvement through auditing, address shortcomings, strengthen weaknesses, and fill blind spots.

Subsequently, the external audit meeting officially began. Teams from various departments of CP Jilin Feed Mill presented and answered questions based on the 13 chapters of the Excellence System. From leadership to customers and markets, from resource management to process control, from measurement and analysis to continuous improvement, department heads comprehensively demonstrated the factory's progress in implementing the Excellence System using detailed data and vivid case studies. In particular, the factory's innovative practices in areas such as lean production for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, digital traceability of quality control processes, and talent development garnered significant attention and on-site guidance from the experts.

Meanwhile, the external audit expert team, adhering to a rigorous and professional attitude, conducted on-site inspections and inquiries in key areas such as the production workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product stacking area, central control room, and laboratory. They rigorously evaluated every aspect of feed production, including the process flow, equipment maintenance, quality control points, safety production protection, and warehousing and logistics scheduling. The clean and orderly working environment, clear and standardized operating signs, and the employees' focused and dedicated attitude left a deep impression on the expert team.

At the final review and summary meeting, the external audit expert team fully affirmed the solid work done by CP Jilin Feed Mill in building its Excellence System and put forward valuable suggestions for improvement in areas such as further optimizing process collaboration and strengthening data-driven decision-making.
