This event was not only a selection process for the management trainee program, but also a deep dialogue between CP Group's culture and the ideals of young people, aiming to cultivate young talents with both a global perspective and leadership potential for the Group's future strategic development. The event included various sessions such as quick Q&A, creative brainstorming, project presentations, and group interviews. Candidates from various industries, including finance, agriculture, animal husbandry, food, and emerging technology fields such as digitalization, underwent rigorous testing and fierce competition in each session.

Before the competition began, the CP Group's talent recruitment team gave a detailed presentation on the event framework, promotion rules, and assessment dimensions for each session. Over a hundred candidates listened and exchanged ideas. After the presentation, the various competition stages officially began.

The first session, quick Q&A, was a challenge of intellect and courage. Centering on the CP Group's whole industrial chain and strategic transformation needs, this session set a case analysis task. Candidates randomly selected cutting-edge topics such as supply chain management, new consumption scenarios, and digital transformation, and had to analyze, construct, and express these topics within a limited time. This comprehensively assessed the candidates' overall qualities, knowledge reserve, adaptability, and practical business skills. The candidates answered calmly, listened attentively to each other, and inspired one another, demonstrating their professional competence in understanding industry and perceiving changes.

CP Group's value of "benefit the country, benefit the people, benefit the company" continuously inspired the business creativity of young talents.

The judging panel evaluated each proposal based on its business logic, innovativeness, and feasibility. While acknowledging the strengths of each solution, they also pointed out specific areas for improvement. Moving forward, each team would continue to refine its solutions based on the judges' feedback, further promoting the practical application of the results.

The group interview session focused on candidates' overall qualities and job suitability. Candidates underwent joint evaluation by three senior examiners, and outstanding candidates could successfully advance. The interviews involved in-depth discussions about professional experience, understanding of business, value recognition, and future plans. Examiners comprehensively evaluated candidates from four dimensions: professional competence, logical expression, cultural fit, and development potential. They particularly assessed candidates' understanding of CP Group's whole industrial chain, their recognition of CP Group's "Three Benefits Principle," and their composure and independent thinking under pressure.
