The hosting of this competition marked the estate's entry into full operation. The competition brought together top domestic specialty coffee roasters and used itself as well as coffee as platforms to build bridges for external communication. This would further expand the influence of Pu'er coffee competition and propel the "Pu'er Coffee" brand beyond Yunnan and onto the global stage.
