From April 9th to 10th, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman of CP Group, led a delegation to Hunan for inspection and research, and was warmly welcomed by the local government. Guo Ning, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPC, greeted him at the airport.
On the afternoon of April 10th, Mr. Shen Xiaoming, Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPC, met with Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont and the delegation led by him in Changsha.

On behalf of the Provincial Committee of the CPC and the Provincial Government, Mr. Shen Xiaoming welcomed Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont and the delegation led by him. He said that CP Group was one of the earliest foreign-invested enterprises being introduced to Hunan. Since entering Hunan in 1986, the Group had achieved remarkable development results and made positive contributions to Hunan's economic and social development. Currently, Hunan followed the direction guided by President Xi Jinping, vigorously building the "three highlands" and accelerating the promotion of high-quality development. As a major agricultural province, Hunan had broad prospects for cooperation with CP Group. He hoped that CP Group would continue to increase its investment in Hunan, further expand the areas of cooperation between the two sides, and better achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont expressed his gratitude to the Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPC and the Provincial Government for their long-term care and support for CP Group's development in Hunan. He stated that the Group was willing to conduct in-depth cooperation with Hunan in areas such as agricultural machinery, food processing, artificial intelligence, commercial complex transformation, and talent cultivation, and continuously promote new achievements in the cooperation between the two sides.

On the morning of April 10th, Ms. Wu Guiying, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Secretary of the Changsha Municipal Committee of the CPC, met with Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont and the delegation led by him. On behalf of the Municipal Committee of the CPC and the Municipal Government, Ms. Wu Guiying expressed gratitude to CP Group for its long-term support for Changsha's development. She said that as an outstanding representative of overseas Chinese enterprises, CP Group had a long-lasting and deep connection with Changsha. Currently, Changsha focused on the "Three Highlands and Four New" blueprint as well as the "Five Cities" target positioning and accelerated the promotion of high-quality development and modernization. She hoped that CP Group would further increase its investment and innovation resources in Changsha, and introduce more overseas Chinese businesses to Changsha to share opportunities and achieve win-win development.

Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont expressed his confidence in Changsha's development prospects. CP Group would continue to deepen its presence in Changsha, expand cooperation in various dimensions and levels, and actively act as a bridge to encourage more overseas Chinese businesses to pay attention to and invest in Changsha, working together to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

On the same day, Mr. Wu Hui, Chairman of the Hunan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and Ms. Huang Chonghua, Vice Chairman, met with Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont and the delegation led by him. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on deepening Hunan-Thailand economic and trade cooperation by leveraging overseas Chinese resources and supporting the high-quality development of enterprises in Hunan.

On the afternoon of April 9th, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont led a team to the CP Lotus Xingsha Store and visited the CP Food Plaza, the private label area, the Lotus Bakery, and other areas, learning about the operation of the fresh food supply chain, product source control, scenario-based display, and digital marketing. He highly affirmed the store's innovative retail mode and the achievements of distinctive operation, and offered specific guidance on product quality, service details, and operation optimization.

During the visit, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont cordially met with representatives from the agriculture and animal husbandry team and the retail team of CP Hunan Region and provided guidance on their work. He pointed out that CP Group's agriculture and animal husbandry business should adopt new technologies and modes, strengthen seed improvement, technology empowerment and cost control, implement a "two-tier structure", and have its management goes to the front line, continuously enhancing CP Group's core competitiveness in Hunan’s agriculture and food market.

Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont's visit to Hunan further enhanced the friendly cooperative relationship between CP Group and Hunan, laying a solid foundation for future joint development. Looking ahead, CP Group would continue to deepen its presence in Hunan, seize development opportunities, and inject new momentum into Hunan's high-quality economic development.
