Being Empowered by Digital Intelligence, Breaking Through by Innovation: CP Group’s "Superman Cup" Agent Innovation Competition Final Concludes Successfully

With innovation as wings, AI empowers the future. On June 15th, the final of the CP Group "Superman Cup" Agent Innovation Competition concluded successfully at the Beijing CP Center, marking the end of a digital innovation event that brought together creativity, technology, and practice.
The Group attached great importance to this competition. Mr. Yang Xiaoping, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group and CEO of CP Group China, Mr. Luo Jiashun, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group, Mr. Hou Xiaohai, COO of CP Group China, and other leaders participated in the event and witnessed the contestants' innovative spirit.
The "Superman Cup" Agent Innovation Competition was open to all employees across the Group’s business sectors, including Agro-Industry & Food, Food Sales & Retail, Real Estate & Commercial Office, and Commercial Business. Since its launch, the event had garnered an enthusiastic response. Each business line selected its top entries, resulting in a total of over 200 participants and 50 high-quality projects. These projects covered all business scenarios, such as smart farming, food R&D, manufacturing, and comprehensive management. Following an initial project screening and a preliminary round of presentations, 12 elite teams successfully advanced to the final, where they competed and showcased their strengths.
Upholding the philosophy of "entrusting newcomers with key roles, sharing top talents across the organization," the competition assembled a competent panel of judges. The team comprised the Group’s outstanding young technical experts and cutting-edge technology specialists, alongside professors from universities. Possessing both professional technical insight and innovative thinking, they laid a solid foundation for the fair conduct of the competition and the provision of professional project evaluations.
The final adopted an offline roadshow format, and it was divided into three main parts: video presentation, project presentation, and a Q&A session with the judges. The event utilized a dedicated real-time online scoring system. Leveraging OpenClaw’s code generation and automation capabilities, the system was built, debugged, and tested in just 20 minutes. This system efficiently supported the scoring process and ensured transparency throughout the competition, practicing the competition's core mission of empowering business innovation through AI technology.
Before the competition officially began, Mr. Zhang Ning, Chief Digital Officer and President of the Digital Center at CP Investment Co., Ltd., provided a detailed introduction of the event's background, core objectives, and overall plan, giving everyone a clearer understanding of its significance. He emphasized that the competition aimed to cultivate all employees’ AI application skills and encourage them to make good use of AI tools for business purposes and solve practical problems, fostering learning through competition and promoting application through learning. Subsequently, Mr. Hou Xiaohai delivered a speech online. He noted that the Group was currently at a crucial stage of transformation and development, where digitalization and the adoption of AI became inevitable trends. He urged all employees to proactively embrace AI and utilize AI tools effectively. This competition represented a transformation in thinking, and he was confident that under the leadership of President Zhang Ning’s team, AI technology would be solidly implemented and truly integrated into various business operations.

The morning roadshow session was brilliant and varied. The 12 participating teams focused closely on pain points in frontline operations, clearly articulating their project concepts, technical highlights, and practical value. The judges engaged in in-depth questioning and detailed discussions regarding technology implementation, business models, and development prospects, and offered targeted suggestions for optimization. Continuous exchange of ideas took place on site.
Following the roadshow, Mr. Yang Xiaoping cordially communicated with the participating team members and patiently listened to their reflections on the competition and their innovative ideas. He encouraged employees to be bold in experimentation and innovation, remain diligent in practice, and explore intelligent solutions based on their respective roles. His heartfelt words deeply inspired all participants present.
The competition resumed in the afternoon. Mr. Luo Jiashun, Mr. Ma Deshou, Senior Vice Chairman of the Bioengineering Business, Mr. Wang Fujie, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, and Mr. Kong Lei, Chairman of CP Group China’s Commercial Business Line, delivered speeches. They fully acknowledged the efforts and innovative achievements of all participating teams and highly commended the success of the competition as well as the teams' enthusiasm for innovation.



In the end, Mr. Yang Xiaoping delivered concluding remarks. He commended the organizational efforts of the Human Resources Center and AI center as well as the enthusiastic participation of all employees. He pointed out that CP Group was entering a new phase of AI development. He encouraged all employees to proactively embrace AI and emphasized the importance of selecting AI tools based on specific business contexts rather than mechanically adopting external technologies. He also reminded that there were no shortcuts to mastering AI, and only through consistent hands-on practice could one leverage these new technologies to solve complex work challenges and create value. He expressed his hope that employees would use AI to empower their professional growth and contribute to the Group's long-term development.
After all the team scores were calculated, the exciting awards ceremony took place. The competition announced the winners of the First, Second, and Third Prizes, as well as the Excellence Awards.

Mr. Yang Xiaoping, Mr. Yang Senyuan, Chief Financial Officer of CP Group China, Mr. Xue Zengyi, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, and Mr. Zhang Ning respectively presented awards to the teams winning the first, second, and third prizes, as well as the Excellence Awards, and posed for group photos. Representatives of the winning team also shared their reflections and recounted the story of their innovation journey.



A competition, a journey of growth, and a transformation. The CP Group’s "Superman Cup" Agent Innovation Competition upheld the principle of promoting learning through competition. It not only provided an excellent platform for all employees to exchange ideas, learn, and showcase their talents, but also uncovered AI innovation solutions tailored to business scenarios and identified outstanding key personnel with a digital mindset. The competition significantly boosted all employees’ enthusiasm for innovation and the Group’s long-term digital development.
