Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita of Thailand passed away on June 11th at the age of 47. She was the eldest daughter of the current King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua of Thailand. On the afternoon of June 17th, a memorial service for Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita was held at the CP Group Bangkok headquarters. At the memorial service, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman of CP Group, led the Group's global employees in deeply mourning Her Royal Highness.

Following the overall arrangements and deployment of CP Group Bangkok headquarters, companies in China affiliated to the Group simultaneously organized online remote participation in the memorial service for Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita. CP Group China Beijing headquarters set up a memorial hall in the South Tower of the CP Center, with a portrait of Her Royal Highness hanging in the center of the main wall. The hall was adorned with flowers, creating a solemn and respectful atmosphere.

Yang Xiaoping, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group and CEO of CP Group China, Xie Yi, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group, Hou Xiaohai, COO of CP Group China, Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, CPO of CP Group, Bai Shanlin, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, Hong Bo, Executive Vice President of CP Group and Chairman of CP Group China’s Real Estate and Commercial Office Business, Shao Laimin, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, Xue Zengyi, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, Zheng Lingyun, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, Zhang Ning, Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, Jin Song, Vice President of CP Pharmaceutical Group, and other leaders of the Group in Beijing, as well as directors of various departments of the Beijing headquarters and Thai employees in Beijing, paid their respects at the memorial hall and signed the condolence book to express their deep condolences for Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita.

At 3:30 PM Beijing time, the memorial service officially began. All those present bowed to the portrait of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita and listened silently as the host read the memorial words, the life story of Her Royal Highness, the eulogy, and the memorial poem.

The eulogy expressed the deepest condolences on the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita. Throughout her life, Her Royal Highness dedicated herself to bringing help to the most underprivileged and vulnerable members of the Thai society and to those experiencing hardship and suffering. She initiated and supported a number of prominent initiatives aiming to create opportunity, improve the quality of life, and increase respect for the dignity of those less privileged, spreading hope in times of hardship. All employees of CP Group respectfully paid tribute to Her Royal Highness and deeply appreciated her immense contributions and selfless acts of kindness to the nation and its people. We offered our deepest condolences and solemnly pledged to carry forward the example that Her Royal Highness set and always uphold the business principle of "benefit the country, benefit the people, benefit the company."

Following this, all attendees stood in silent tribute for one minute and bowed once more before the portrait of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita to express their deepest remembrance and respect. At the end of the ceremony, leaders, department directors, and Thai employees who participated in the memorial service stood solemnly before the portrait of Her Royal Highness for a group photo. The memorial ceremony thus concluded successfully.
