It should closely grasp market trends, maintain confidence, and rise to challenges. Facing a rapidly changing era, he proposed that the entire group, from top to bottom, should accelerate the acquisition of new knowledge, the mastery of new skills, and the application of new methods. Management at all levels must maintain an open learning mindset, proactively embracing new concepts, technologies, and models; they must boldly select, attentively cultivate, and boldly utilize young talent, allowing more young people with ideas, enthusiasm, and potential to take on key positions.
He also stated that AI technology was profoundly changing the way various industries operated, and as a company with a century of history, CP Group should actively embrace this wave of change, use technology to empower and improve overall operational efficiency and management level, and promote the company's digital transformation to a new level.
Finally, he encouraged young cadres to become well-rounded individuals who were knowledgeable in multiple fields, not just in a single business area. They should proactively learn new digital technologies such as AI, master new tools, and strive to grow into all-round talents who understand business, technology, and management.
The young cadres were greatly inspired and expressed their determination to keep the instructions in mind, live up to expectations, and devote themselves to their work with greater enthusiasm, making contributions to empowering the Group's in-depth research and exploration of transformation, management, and AI technology.
Leng Song, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group China's Agro-Industry and Food Business, stated that CP Fujian Region would cultivate young backbone personnel by combining AI and other digital technologies in the practical application of agriculture, animal husbandry and food, as well as feed production and sales, strengthen innovation capabilities, break through barriers regarding traditional management, technology, and cognition, deeply interpret the meeting's instructions, understand the spirit of the meeting, continue to expand and strengthen the main agriculture, animal husbandry and food business, and strive to build a regional benchmark industry, contributing CP's strength to the development of modern agriculture and the protection of people's livelihoods in Fujian.
