During the meeting, PHIBRO highlighted its mature technology system in animal health, product portfolio covering the global market, and operation management experience. CP Group shared its whole industrial chain layout in feed production, livestock and poultry breeding, and food processing. Both parties agreed that CP Group's advantages in large-scale farming and market channels complemented PHIBRO's accumulation in animal health technology and product innovation, providing a foundation for long-term, in-depth cooperation. Based on the consensus reached, the two parties would collaborate in multiple aspects, including technology research and development, product supply, market expansion, and sustainable development.

This collaboration was not only a deep integration of the strengths of both parties but also a crucial strategic layout for the future global agriculture and animal husbandry industry development pattern. Both sides would take this as a new starting point to continuously drive industrial upgrading through technological innovation, create greater value for global customers, and jointly write a new chapter in ensuring food security.
