Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont Leads the CP Group China Senior Executive Team to Attend the "C.P. China Business Leadership Forum #2- Leading with Integrity"

On January 7th, 2026, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont, Chairman of CP Group, hosted the "C.P. China Business Leadership Forum #2- Leading with Integrity" on the 38th floor of CP Center in Beijing. Mr. Xie Yi, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group, Mr. Luo Jiashun, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group, Senior Vice Chairmen and other top management personnel from various business sectors of CP Group China, Chief Financial Officer, senior finance managers, compliance management and internal audit personnel of CP Group China, as well as the management team from the Thailand headquarters, including Nopadol Chiaravanont, Chairman of the Automotive and Industrial Business Sector of CP Group, Patsharee Congtrakultien, Compliance Supervision Advisor of CP Group, Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief Human Resources Officer of CP Group and CPF, and Vorravit Varutbangkul, Chief Compliance Officer of CP Group, attended the meeting. This meeting marked the first collaboration between the Thai and Chinese management teams of CP Group. With "Integrity and Honesty" as the foundation, they worked together to promote the sustainable development of CP Group China.

This meeting was fortunate to have Professor Dr. Thomas C. Wilson, CEO of Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance Pcl. and a global risk management expert, in attendance. Professor Wilson, with over 20 years of experience in risk management, shared professional knowledge and insights. He emphasized the importance of ethics in business operations, highlighted that Financial Integrity could prevent corruption and improve financial and accounting transparency, and pointed out that this was a crucial responsibility for senior executives.

A major highlight of this meeting was the deep involvement of managers at all levels. The meeting specially arranged a group discussion session for senior executives, where participants thoroughly analyzed real-world cases that could occur in business practices and reported directly to the Chairman on the Financial Integrity action plan. This format fully demonstrated the firm determination of all senior executives to implement the Group's core values ​​and achieve tangible results.

In his opening speech, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont emphasized the importance of "Integrity and Honesty" being the foundation of CP Group's century-old business, and specifically pointed out that Financial Integrity was not only the responsibility of the finance department but also the most important responsibility of every senior executive. He stressed that the highest standards must be maintained, and any form of corruption would not be tolerated.

At the closing session of the forum, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont expressed his gratitude to all senior executives for their in-depth participation throughout the day, praised the creative action plans proposed by each group, and reiterated the importance of leaders setting a good example and applying the learned principles to their respective organizations’ practices. He also thanked Professor Dr. Thomas C. Wilson and the organizing teams in Thailand and China for their joint efforts in ensuring the successful holding of the meeting.

The convening of the "C.P. China Business Leadership Forum #2- Leading with Integrity" marked a significant step forward for CP Group China in strengthening corporate governance and financial transparency. This meeting highly aligned with the Group's Six Values, especially "Integrity and Honesty" and the Three Benefits Principle, which was "Benefit the Country, Benefit the People, Benefit the Company", and drove the Group towards sustainable development.

"Leading with Integrity" was a leadership development program launched by CP Group for its senior executives, aiming at cultivating and promoting the core value ​​of "Integrity and Honesty" throughout the Group. The first forum was held in Thailand on August 26th, 2025, focusing on enhancing senior executives' awareness of the importance of operating with integrity. The second forum further realized the translation of concept into action, focusing on guiding senior executives to transform their knowledge and insights into clear, measurable, and concrete action plans.
